I have 37 years of hands-on business experience helping over 550 companies grow. This includes 23 years sales management experience at a senior level. I enjoy strategic planning and relationship building with my clients. I am certified with the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program). One special point of pride is being a certified consultant for Winslow Assessments, a human performance assessment system used by Fortune 1000 companies as well as professional sporting organizations: MLB, NFL, NHL and others.

I believe people of all ages have tremendous potential and want a better plan for their business, and they need it in writing. My business owner clients want to hear a different perspective on their business and focus on areas of weakness. I provide the tools to help them succeed to the best of their talents and abilities.

Scott has extensive experience in the Canadian franchise landscape working with some of the most well-established brands in Canada and the United States. Scott began his career at Tim Hortons as a multi-unit franchise owner/operator. After ten years with Tim Hortons, Scott expanded his horizons and joined Kelsey’s as a Franchisee owner/operator.

Scott made a deliberate move to apply his talent and knowledge to corporate operations, joining companies such as Sunoco, McDonald’s, Medicine Shoppe/Rexall Inc., Luxottica Retail and Pearle Vision Canada. From 2014 to 2017, Scott held the position of Vice President of Operations at Mary Brown’s Famous Chicken & Taters.

Before moving back to the coast, Adrian practiced in Alberta at a large, downtown Calgary law firm where he specialized in franchise law. B.C.’s new Franchises Act closely resembles franchise legislation in Alberta that has been in force for decades already. Therefore, Adrian brings his experience working in a regulated franchise jurisdiction to his clients in B.C.
