David Anderson

Dr. David Anderson Sr.

The Real Estate Group Partners

Dr. David M. Anderson Sr. is a Serial Entrepreneur and Skilled Certified Loan Broker with specialized skill sets in the art of securing “Alternative Funding Sources”. Dr. Anderson’s “Alternative Funding” practice is narrowly focused in the space of Self Directed IRA’s, Joint Ventures (Private Money), and EB5. “Prospectus Franchise Buyers” ideally need to be “Property Capitalized” or what we call an “Accredited Investor” in order to entertain the though t of franchise ownership. Most of the attendees of The Franchise Show have expressed interest but might not have the liquidity to execute and it has nothing to do with capacity and everything to do with information.

Dr. Anderson’s presentation will focus on three areas that are pools of liquidity for prospectus buyers, with the first being the Self Directed IRA space. Prospectus Franchisors can rollover funds from a 401k, IRA or ROTH IRA into a Self Directed IRS (avoiding penalties and interest if under 59 ½) and then redirecting into an LLC for the purpose of acquisition of a franchise and growing the retirement portfolio. The second tenant in raising funds without using “Debt Financing” is the “The Power if Structuring the Joint Venture and using Private Money”. It is in this part of the presentation that the conversation gets directly into the mechanics of the deal structure on how to secure funding for a Franchise and securing Private Funds. The final point of Dr. Anderson’s will make is specific to Foreign Nationals or family members of Foreign Nationals who have a heavy interest in US Citizenship. The EB5 program marches US Entrepreneurs and Foreign Nationals looking to gain entry into the US by way of investment into a US business. The EB5 investments are either directly in the amount of 500k or indirectly in the amount of 1M+ specific for US Businesses. This is a Hot Topic for US Entrepreneurs seeking funding for business.

This presentation delivered by Dr. Anderson has been designed to highlight the alternatives to the antiquated “Debt Financing Model” which is based on a behavioural scoring model in which current research determines is flawed. The current “Debt Financing Model” stops a lot of the prospectus franchise buyers who have been told “NO”…however having access to information about the “REAL ALTERNATIVE FUNDING SOURCES” turns a “NO” into a “YES”.
