Christopher Conner has spent the last fifteen years working in the franchise development field working with startup and emerging franchise systems. His work covers a variety of franchise categories including strategic planning, franchise operations and training system development, franchise marketing and franchise sales. In 2009, Mr. Conner founded Franchise Marketing Systems based out of Atlanta, Georgia which today has grown to a team of 19 staff members located in markets across the United States. Franchise Marketing Systems has supported clients in selling over 3,000 franchise units in North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, Canada and Southeast Asia. Mr. Conner’s vision was to develop a model that allowed for efficient, effective and performance based franchise development work to be completed for new and emerging franchisors. Mr. Conner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Miami of Ohio and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.

She works with clients, brokers, and franchises throughout the county with the goal of providing the best funding option(s). Her specialty, as a Senior Consultant with Tenet Financial Group, is educating and helping clients on the option of accessing pre-tax retirement funds for a new or existing business.

Her experiences with Mass Mutual Life Insurance in the Pension Department provided an excellent foundation for her knowledge of 401K and Profit Sharing Plans. Diane worked with their top Sensitive Plan’s and led her teams’ efforts in Plan administration, compliance, training, and customer service.

Other positions held over the years include: Senior Account Executive in the publications industry and Senior Project Manager for a consulting firm that specialized in project management and customized software development in the health care industry.

Diane has been a senior consultant with Tenet Financial Group since 2009. She has been training both franchise brokers and loan brokers on the 401k/IRA Rollover Funding Option for years and has been published in many leading magazines.

He left his Wall Street job in 2003 to acquire a Master Franchise opportunity in the Northeast. Since then, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of Cartridge World, Four Seasons Sunrooms, Contours Express, Personal Training Institute, Games 2U, PuroClean and Maid Right.

She has presented at various organizations including MCLE, USA500’s franchise roundtable, real estate roundtable, Supporting Strategic Boot Camp panelist, Center for Women and Enterprise (CWE) panelist, South Shore Mass Society of CPAs, Northern University’, SBA’s E200 class, Elements Conference, New England Franchise Association (NEFA), Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (MSBDC), Interise, Chambers of Commerce and Veterans organizations on SBA financing. Andrew transitioned to Field Sales Management in 2017 after many years as a successful Allstate Agency Owner in Kingston, MA. Opening his own agency in 2014, his team built a client base from scratch to nearly $2.8 million in gross annual insurance premium in 36 months and were ranked #1 in Massachusetts for customer satisfaction according to Allstate Customer Experience Surveys. They achieved the Honor Ring Conference or above every year during his tenure as an agent, which is awarded to the top 10% of agencies in production and achieved Inner Circle Elite in 2014 which is awarded to the top 1% of the nearly 10,000 agencies country-wide. Aside from his accomplishments within Allstate, he was named one of Cape & Plymouth Business Magazine's '40 Under 40,’ which spotlights the region’s top young business leaders who excel in their industry and by starting companies, finding success at a young age at established businesses and making nonprofits stronger.

Prior to owning the Allstate Agency, Andrew was in personal sales at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2010—2014. He was named a 2012 & 2013 'Liberty Leader' which honors the top 12% of agents for sales performance and in 2013 was named a Liberty Mutual 'Life Master.’ In 2011 he was awarded the prestigious Liberty Life Assurance Co. of Boston's Lamplighter Club for early success in life insurance sales. In 2013 he completed his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) which distinguishes him amongst the top life insurance professionals in the industry.

Andrew graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth with a B.A. in Economics in 2007. He was a four-year starter at Center for the football program which won an ECAC title in 2003.

Andrew sits on the Board of Trustees for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in MA. He is the chair of the nominating committee for their Man & Woman of the Year campaign which he won in 2011 raising over $27,000 for blood cancer research. Since then he has recruited 12 candidates who have cumulatively raised over $425,000 for blood cancer research and was named their “Volunteer of the Year” in 2014. He also serves as a national advocate; traveling to Washington D.C. to work with Congressional leaders to pass legislation to assist cancer patients. Key legislation he’s been a part of include the “21st Century Cures Act” (HR6-2015), and “Chemotherapy Oral Parity” (HR1409-2017).

Andrew is die-hard New England Patriots fan and a season ticket holder. He and his wife Jessica are expecting their first child in June.
