Wayne Terry - PuroClean

I bought my first home in Jacksonville, FL and a few months later woke up to 2" of water on the floor. I had a copper pipe burst. Never been through this before I called 911 who told me to call my insurance company. They sent out an adjuster that told me to call a specific company. When that company came out, they were horrible at customer service. Put all these noisy fans around didn't tell my how long it would take or how much it would be, hardly any communication. Then the shock factor of a $2,800. bill. Several years later when I was looking to buy a business, I came across PuroClean. I thought of that time where that other company took horrible care of me and knew I could do it better so I bought a PuroClean. Started doing well almost from the start. I believe in exceptional customer service and great communication, which I think is the trick to making this work.
