Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up during show hours. All exhibits must be set up by Friday at 6pm unless alternate arrangements have been made with show management
LOADING DOCKS
Exhibitors can pull into the North Service Road to unload the cars on the loading dock.
To park, they exit through the south service road and get back onto Eisenhower. Then exhibitors will be directed by a parking attendant to park in North Eisenhower… that is where an opening in the gate is… to go to the service road and then walk down to Hall C.
If you plan on having a vehicle or trailer in your booth as part of your display, you must arrive for move-in between 11am & noon on Friday June 5, 2010.
VEHICLES ON THE SHOW FLOOR
Vehicles left on the show floor must have the battery cables disconnected. The gas tank must be taped shut or have a lockable gas cap and contain no more than ¼ tank of gas.
At no time during show hours may vehicles be moved.
BOOTH INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING
Should you require assistance setting up or dismantling your booth, Spirit Expositions can provide this service. See attached sheet for rates.

QW Express is the preferred carrier for the Fort Lauderdale Franchise & Business Opportunities Expo.
QW Express will deliver the shipments to the facility on the Friday morning of move-in. Show management will receive QW shipments on your behalf.
Shipment will be left on the dock for you to pick-up upon your arrival. They will not be delivered to your booth. No material handling charges will apply. (unless your booth requires the use of a forklift to be removed from the truck)
If you require assistance in moving your shipment to your booth please contact Show Management. Material handling charges may apply.
Should you choose to use another carrier, Spirit Exposition Services will receive your shipment. Material handling charges may apply.

SHIPPING DIRECT TO SHOW TO ARRIVE ON JUNE 4, 2010
You may ship your materials directly to the show during move-in hours. During move in hours, show management will accept shipments on your behalf. These will be left on the dock until you arrive.
To move your material to your booth, pump trucks and dollies will be available at no charge. If you know that you will require the use of a forklift or assistance moving your material to your booth, please speak with your sales representative, prior to the show, as charges may apply.

If you need to ship prior to move-in day, you may ship to the Show Decorator. Spirit Expositions is set up to receive, store, deliver and then set your materials in your exhibit space, on move-in day.

Name badges, will be available for your staff, providing we receive the names by May 28, 2010. If we do not receive them by this date your badges will contain only your company name. Please email the names to:
badges@nationalevent.com . Be sure to include your company name and contact. You will receive notification of receipt.
We ask that you limit the number of staff in a 10x10 booth to 3 at any one time. Badges will be available for pick up at the Show Office during move-in and they must be worn at all times to gain admittance to the Show.
If you require extra free tickets for colleagues, family members, etc., please contact Rosemary Lanni at rlanni@nationalevent.com. These will be left for pick up at the show, at Ticket Sales.

No exhibit may exceed a maximum height of 8 ft. Side panels 8 ft. high, must not exceed a depth of 4 ft. extending from the back of the display. The remainder of the 6 ft depth from the front of the booth, must not exceed a 4ft. height. Any exception to this must have pre-approval from Show Management.
Prefab booth partitions must be finished on both sides. If they are not, please request drapes prior to the show.
No signage or material may be extended above the 8ft height at the back of your booth nor hung from the ceiling or across the aisle, without approval from Show Management.
Displays, demonstrations or distribution of advertising materials, are not permitted outside the confines of your booth. The use of microphones is not permitted without prior management approval.
National Event Management is obligated to abide by the Fire Code regulations in each city. We therefore retain the right to refuse any material or object that does not confirm to code.
