EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES
Friday, March 30, 2012 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up during show hours. All exhibits must be set up by Friday at 6pm unless alternate arrangements have been made with show management
If you plan on having a vehicle or trailer in your booth as part of your display, you must arrive for move-in at 11am on Friday, March 30, 2012.
LOADING DOCKS
There is dock level access available. The docks may be accessed from West Bay St. Enter the parking lot and head toward the fence. Make a left turn into the service entrance.
VEHICLES ON THE SHOW FLOOR
Motor vehicles permitted for display will be safeguarded by disconnecting the battery and securing the fuel tank. Tanks may contain the lesser of 10 gallons or 25% of capacity.
Vehicles displayed on the floor must have visqeen under them for protection. Fueling /defueling, use of battery chargers, or moving vehicles during the event hours is prohibited.

The most cost effective way to ship your items to the show is to arrange delivery for Friday, March 30, 2012 during move in hours. You can use our show shipping company (QW Express - see details below) or your own preferred shipper.
PLEASE NOTE that the facility WILL NOT receive shipments prior to Friday, March 30, 2012. If you want to ship ahead of time, please contact your sales rep as charges for storage and handling will apply.
Show Management will sign for the delivery on your behalf on Friday, March 30. Your materials will be left at the dock until you arrive. To move your items to your booth space, pump trucks and dollies will be available at no charge. Should you require assistance or the use of a forklift, please contact your sales rep as charges may apply.

A parking permit is available for a 2-day event. There is no charge for the move-in day. Please use the enclosed form to order your pass by March 23, 2012. The parking permit can be collected at the service desk, during move-in.
Single day passes for exhibitors are only available on the day of the event for $5.00. There are no advanced sales.

If you are sampling a food or beverage product a food sample must be limited to a 2oz. serving and a beverage sample to 4 oz.

Each exhibitor is provided with up to 3 personalized name badges per 10x10 booth. Badges will be available for pick up at the show office on Friday. Badges must be worn to gain admittance to the show and during all show hours.
To request your badges please email badges@nationalevent.com by March 23, 2012. Please be sure to include your company name and contact info. You will receive notification of receipt.
If you require extra free tickets for colleagues, family members, etc., please email your company logo to mrudder@nationalevent.com. We will create a customized Free Admission e-coupon that you can forward.

National Event Management Inc. will not assume responsibility for losses or damages incurred from pilferage or any other causes. Exhibitors should take all possible precautions to protect their own property, including insurance for liability within your booth space.

No exhibit may exceed a maximum height of 8 ft. Side panels 8 ft. high must not exceed a depth of 4 ft., extending from the back of the display.
The remainder of the 6 ft depth from the front of the booth must not exceed a 4ft. height. Any exception to this must have pre-approval from Show Management.
Prefab booth partitions must be finished on both sides. If they are not, please request drapes prior to the show.
No signage or material may be extended above the 8ft height at the back of your booth nor hung from the ceiling or across the aisle, without approval from Show Management.
Displays, demonstrations or distribution of advertising materials, are not permitted outside the confines of your booth. The use of microphones is not permitted without prior management approval.
National Event Management is obligated to abide by the Fire Code regulations in each city. We therefore retain the right to refuse any material or object that does not confirm to code. Only working service dogs , or those which are part of an approved exhibit, are permitted in the Centre.
Helium balloons are prohibited with out the Center's prior written permission. You must sign a waiver. If a balloon escapes and has to be retrieved from the ceiling a $25.00 charge will apply.
