EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES
Friday, February 17, 2012 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up during show hours. All exhibits must be set up by Friday at 6pm unless alternate arrangements have been made with show management.
If you plan on having a vehicle or trailer in your booth as part of your display, you must arrive for move-in between 11am & noon on Friday February 17, 2012.
LOADING DOCKS
There is no dock level access to the show floor. Access is through 2 roll up doors on the east side of the building.
VEHICLES ON THE SHOW FLOOR
If you plan on having a vehicle in your booth you must adhere to the following rules.
- Battery cables must be disconnected.
- The gas tank must contain no more than ½ gallon of gas.
- You must leave your keys with Show management.
BOOTH INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING
Should you require assistance setting up or dismantling your booth, Spirit Expositions can provide this service. See attached sheet for rates.

The most cost effective way to ship your items to the show is to arrange delivery for Friday, February 17, 2012 during move in hours. You can use our show shipping company (QW Express - see details below) or your own preferred shipper.
PLEASE NOTE that the facility WILL NOT receive shipments prior to Friday, February 17, 2012. If you want to ship ahead of time, please contact your sales rep as charges for storage and handling will apply.
Show Management will sign for the delivery on your behalf on Friday February 17. Your materials will be left at the dock until you arrive. To move your items to your booth space, pump trucks and dollies will be available at no charge. Should you require assistance or the use of a forklift, please contact your sales rep as charges may apply.

An electrical outlet is not supplied in your booth. If you require an electrical outlet please complete the attached form and Credit Card Authorization. We will place the order for you. The cost of 120 volt service up to 20 amp. is $50. If you require more than this please contact Lynn McVey for pricing. If you wish to sample a food or beverage product the following rules apply.
- Samples being offered must be a product being offered by the exhibitor.
- Sample size - Beverage - 2 oz or less
Food - must fit a standard 1 inch condiment cup
- Approved sampling must be offered in compliance with any regulatory requirements from Wake Environmental Services. Tel: 919-856-7419. We have checked with them and no permit is necessary.

Each exhibitor is provided with up to 3 personalized name badges per 10x10 booth. Badges will be available for pick up at the show office on Friday. Badges must be worn to gain admittance to the show and during all show hours.
To request your badges please email badges@nationalevent.com by, February 10, 2012. Please be sure to include your company name and contact info. You will receive notification of receipt.
If you require extra free tickets for colleagues, family members, etc., please email your company logo to mrudder@nationalevent.com. We will create a customized Free Admission e-coupon that you can forward.

National Event Management Inc. will not assume responsibility for losses or damages incurred from pilferage or any other causes. Exhibitors should take all possible precautions to protect their own property, including insurance for liability within your booth space.

No exhibit may exceed a maximum height of 8 ft. Side panels 8 ft. high, must not exceed a depth of 4 ft. extending from the back of the display.
The remainder of the 6 ft depth from the front of the booth, must not exceed a 4ft. height. Any exception to this must have pre-approval from Show Management.
Prefab booth partitions must be finished on both sides. If they are not, please request drapes prior to the show.
No signage or material may be extended above the 8ft height at the back of your booth nor hung from the ceiling or across the aisle, without approval from Show Management.
Displays, demonstrations or distribution of advertising materials, are not permitted outside the confines of your booth. The use of microphones is not permitted without prior management approval.
National Event Management is obligated to abide by the Fire Code regulations in each city. We therefore retain the right to refuse any material or object that does not confirm to code. If you have a question or need information re the Fire Code please contact Lynn McVey at (905) 477-2677 or (800) 891-4859 ext 224.
Seeing eye dogs are the only animals allowed on the show floor. The exception to this is any animal that is an integral part of your booth display, You must have current health permits and be licensed and maintained in compliance with health regulations of the Veterinary Division of the NC Department of Agriculture. If you require further information you may contact them at 919-716-5532.
Balloons are allowed as booth decoration. Please be sure that they are properly tethered as you will be responsible for any retrieval charges incurred.
