Welcome and Thank You for choosing to be a participant in our New England Franchise Expo. Please take a moment to read the exhibitor manual, which will provide you with all of the necessary information to help make your participation in the Show more profitable and enjoyable. The Show Office will be set up at the Royal Plaza Trade Center, on Friday March 5 2010 at 12 noon and management will be available to assist you for the duration of the Show.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN TIMES
Friday, March 26, 2010 12:00 noon - 6:00pm
Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up during show hours. All exhibits must be set up by Friday at 6pm unless alternate arrangements have been made with show management
If you plan on having a vehicle or trailer in your booth as part of your display, you must arrive for move-in between 11am & noon on Friday March 26.
VEHICLES ON THE SHOW FLOOR
All gasoline and diesel powered vehicles and equipment on display shall be shall have:
- no more than ¼ tank of gas or 5 gallons, which ever is less.
- Fuel tank shall be locked or sealed
- Keys must be left with show management.
- Carpeting or visqueen must be placed underneath the vehicle for any possible leakage.
LOADING DOCKS
There are 2 docks just east of the Grand Ballroom with 8'w x 10' h access doors. The maximum truck height is 13". There is not enough clearance for 53" tractor trailers.
There is also a roll up door in the southeast corner of the Grand Ballroom , measuring 8'w x 10'h.
ONLY hand-carried items may be brought in through public entrances. Please use freight elevators for movement of freight from level to level; passenger elevators are NOT to be used.

SHIPPING DIRECT TO SHOW TO ARRIVE ON MARCH 26, 2010
You may ship your materials directly to the show during move-in hours. During move in hours, show management will accept shipments on your behalf. These will be left on the dock until you arrive.
To move your material to your booth, pump trucks and dollies will be available at no charge. If you know that you will require the use of a forklift or assistance moving your material to your booth, please speak with your sales representative prior to the show, as charges may apply.

Name badges, will be available for your staff, providing we receive the names by March 19, 2010. If we do not receive them by this date your badges will contain only your company name. Please email the names to:
badges@nationalevent.com . Be sure to include your company name and contact. You will receive notification of receipt.
We ask that you limit the number of staff in a 10x10 booth to 3 at any one time. Badges will be available for pick up at the Show Office during move-in and they must be worn at all times to gain admittance to the Show.
If you require extra free tickets for colleagues, family members, etc., please contact Rosemary Lanni at rlanni@nationalevent.com. These will be left for pick up at the show, at Ticket Sales.

No exhibit may exceed a maximum height of 8 ft. Side panels 8 ft. high, must not exceed a depth of 4 ft. extending from the back of the display.
The remainder of the 6 ft depth from the front of the booth, must not exceed a 4ft. height. Any exception to this must have pre-approval from Show Management.
Prefab booth partitions must be finished on both sides. If they are not, please request drapes prior to the show.
No signage or material may be extended above the 8ft height at the back of your booth nor hung from the ceiling or across the aisle, without approval from Show Management.
Displays, demonstrations or distribution of advertising materials, are not permitted outside the confines of your booth. The use of microphones is not permitted without prior management approval.
National Event Management is obligated to abide by the Fire Code regulations in each city. We therefore retain the right to refuse any material or object that does not confirm to code. Only "seeing eye dogs " are permitted in the Convention Center.
Helium balloons are permitted in the Convention Center but there is a $25 fee for retrieval of the first balloon and $5 for each additional balloon that becomes loose.
