Sebastien Boyer is the founder of BUSINESS CREDIT 101. He is a native to South Florida and for almost 10 years he has been a Director with OrangeFi; a business financing company that facilitate financing for both startup and existing business Nationwide USA. He has personally funded over $25m. Also known as "The Approved Guy" he is an educator and a business coach that believes in every individual's potential and ability to succeed in life and to conquer their dreams. "Approved" is a mind state and everything else follows. Sebastien is a husband for 9 years and a father of a 7 year old daughter and a 13 month old son. For leisure time, he enjoys coaching soccer for AYSO in Weston and spending time with his family by the pool, at the beach or watching movies.

Christopher Conner has spent the last fifteen years working in the franchise development field working with startup and emerging franchise systems. His work covers a variety of franchise categories including strategic planning, franchise operations and training system development, franchise marketing and franchise sales. In 2009, Mr. Conner founded Franchise Marketing Systems based out of Atlanta, Georgia which today has grown to a team of 19 staff members located in markets across the United States. Franchise Marketing Systems has supported clients in selling over 3,000 franchise units in North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, Canada and Southeast Asia. Mr. Conner’s vision was to develop a model that allowed for efficient, effective and performance based franchise development work to be completed for new and emerging franchisors. Mr. Conner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Miami of Ohio and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.

Early in his career, he was an investment banker with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, Smith Barney. He left his Wall Street job in 2003 to acquire a Master Franchise opportunity in the Northeast. Since then, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of Cartridge World, Four Seasons Sunrooms, Contours Express, Personal Training Institute, Games 2U, PuroClean and Maid Right.
