Steve is President and Owner of FranNet of Philadelphia – a franchise sales and consulting firm with offices in Yardley and Blue Bell, PA. He advises clients on how to search for and evaluate franchise opportunities here in the Greater Philadelphia metro area.

Prior to becoming a franchise owner and consultant, Steve spent 30 years as a director and general manager for two industry-leading specialty chemical companies. With a broad business background that encompasses sales, marketing, operations, and financial management, Steve is uniquely qualified to guide his clients toward achieving their dreams of owning their own businesses.

Kim has nearly a decade of small business experience in a multitude of industries including nonprofit, legal, finance, business development, and customer service. Prior to joining FranNet of Philadelphia and opening her office in Delaware in 2015, Kim was a Senior Financial Consultant and helped hundreds of Entrepreneurs strategically finance their businesses. It was through her work in financing that Kim found her niche in helping others achieve their dream of business ownership.

In addition to her role as a local Franchise Specialist, Kim is the President and Founder of the Delaware Franchise Association, which serves to educate and bring together like-minded professionals in the franchise industry that want to grow and network together. Kim brings her energy and enthusiasm to every role she takes on and is considered an industry expert who is frequently asked to speak across the country at various entrepreneurial seminars and workshops.

Kim is from Delaware and is a graduate of Penn State University. She is based in the Greater Philadelphia Area and serves all of Delaware, Eastern PA, and Southern New Jersey.
