Adrian Etchell practices business and franchise law in British Columbia. He acts for both franchisors and franchisees and has experience preparing and reviewing franchise agreements and disclosure documents. Before moving back to the coast, Adrian practiced in Alberta at a large, downtown Calgary law firm where he specialized in franchise law. B.C.’s new Franchises Act closely resembles franchise legislation in Alberta that has been in force for decades already. Therefore, Adrian brings his experience working in a regulated franchise jurisdiction to his clients in B.C.

Kevin is a long-tenured financial professional, with over 15 years of industry experience. His background includes numerous relationship-management and leadership roles within the areas of retail, business, and private banking. Kevin has worked in a diverse set of geographies and markets; ranging from rural Ontario, to Bay St. in Toronto, as well as Vancouver and Regional B.C. With the majority of his time & expertise in the field of credit and complex financing, he is excited to lead our audience through a conversation on franchise financing.
