Jessica is a graduate of the University of Guelph and finished with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Marketing. Her previous work stints included Ontario Power Generation, Sea Change Corporation and Mosaic Sales Solutions, Dell Canada. At Bell Canada, she is responsible for the Web services in the SMB (Small & Medium Business) marketplace.

Dan has practiced in the area of franchise law for over five years. He has spoken at numerous seminars and presented workshops for the legal community and the general public across Canada. Dan has written and had published many papers on franchising for the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Franchise Association. Dan has co-authored numerous articles in Franchise and Distribution, the leading industry trade publication. Dan represents franchisees in almost every franchised system in Canada, and represents franchisors ranging in size from small regional systems to international franchised systems.
