Important Parking & Traffic Advisory

Please be aware that traffic congestion and parking delays may affect your arrival at the Tampa Convention Center this Saturday, October 17, due to other events taking place in and around the city.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s begins at 9:00 AM, with road closures in effect from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Platt Street and the Channelside Drive tunnel will be closed during this time.

Planning to drive to the show? Please allow extra time for your journey and review the recommended routes below to help ensure a smooth arrival.

• Coming from North Tampa: Take S Tampa Street to access the Tampa Convention Center Garage.
• Coming from East Tampa: You will be redirected to Water Street or Brorein Street to reach Tampa Street and access the garage.

FROM CLEARWATER:
Take Courtney Campbell Causeway (60) to I-275 North. Exit at #44-Ashley Street. The exit ramp splits. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Tampa Street. One block past the Hyatt Hotel, make left on to Whiting St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

FROM ST. PETERSBURG:
Take I-275 North. Exit at #44-Ashley Street. The exit ramp splits. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Tampa Street. One block past the Hyatt Hotel, make left on to Whiting St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

FROM ORLANDO:
Take I-4 West to I-275 South. Exit at #44-Ashley Street. The exit ramp splits. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Tampa Street. One block past the Hyatt Hotel, make left on to Whiting St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

FROM BRANDON:
Take Crosstown Expressway to Tampa. Exit at #7-Downtown West. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Brorein St. Move over to your left lane. At second traffic light, make left on to Franklin St. . At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

FROM OCALA:
Take I-75 South to I-275 South. Exit at #44-Ashley Street. The exit ramp splits. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Tampa Street. One block past the Hyatt Hotel, make left on to Whiting St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

FROM NAPLES:
Take I-75 North to I-4 West to I-275. Exit at #44-Ashley Street. The exit ramp splits. Bear left on the exit ramp on to Tampa Street. One block past the Hyatt Hotel, make left on to Whiting St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. At first corner, make right on to Franklin St. Stay in right lane on Franklin for two blocks, make right into the Front Drive.

The Pam Iorio Garage will be most affected by the Tampa Bay Lightening game. We recommend these alternatives instead:

• Tampa Convention Center Garage: $3/hr (Daily Max: $18)
• Pam Iorio Garage: $3/hr (Daily Max: $18) (Subject to event rates during surrounding arena events)
• Fort Brooke Garage: $3/hr (Daily Max: $18)
• Selmon Expressway 3 Lot: $2/hr (Daily Max: $14)
