He has lived in many parts of the country and has traveled extensively overseas. He has been married for over 30 years with a son and daughter. He enjoys coaching encouraging and supporting others in achieving their goals.

Dale Stephenson

Dale Stephenson is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a proud graduate of Duquesne University.
He spent 35 years in the telecommunications industry, including 25 years with AT&T, where he most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Advertising Sales for Latin America. After a rewarding career, Dale retired from AT&T in 2022.
In 2023, he became a franchise owner with The Entrepreneur’s Source, where he coaches and guides individuals with their ideal next-step career options, including business ownership. His efforts are focused on their priorities and ultimately achieving their income, lifestyle, and personal goals.
Dale also stays active in his community. He serves on the board of The Spartan Center of Hazelwood, contributing to grant writing and fundraising efforts, and mentoring freshmen at Duquesne University’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, helping student teams develop business projects in partnership with Ernst & Young Pittsburgh.
Though now based in Miami, Florida, Dale maintains close ties to his hometown of Pittsburgh, where his family still resides.
