Terry has been in his current role with TD Bank as National Manager, Franchise Banking for 10 years.  As National Manager, Terry is one of TD's franchise industry experts and is responsible for growing TD's franchise banking portfolio while ensuring that franchisee customers are provided with legendary customer service.  Terry enjoys collaborating with both franchisors and franchisees to assist them with all of their credit and Banking needs. 

Josh is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising on all aspects of franchising, from helping start-up concepts launch their first location to supporting established brands with networks of 50+ locations. He regularly counsels both franchisors and franchisees on structuring franchise systems, preparing disclosure documents, drafting and negotiating franchise agreements and ensuring ongoing legal compliance. In addition to system development, Josh has advised on the purchase and sale of franchise businesses, including transactions involving multiple locations. His broader practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and commercial real estate transactions. Josh also has a strong interest in local start-ups and works closely with emerging companies across diverse industries, providing strategic legal advice tailored to their growth, expansion and operational needs.

Graeme Green is responsible for supporting RBC’s franchise business for Western Canada from Sudbury, ON to Vancouver Island and the North. He gets to work with such iconic brands like McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, A&W, Wendy’s and Popeye’s to name a few. Graeme has been with RBC for 24 and has spent most of career supporting RBC’s franchise clients from start up to exiting the franchise system. Graeme is active in his community by supporting Canadian Blood Services on a national level along with being part of a National Steering Committee for an RBC Employee Resource Group dedicated to supporting Caregivers.

Mark Guest is the Alberta Regional Team Lead for Futurpreneur. He has a background in helping build and grow some of Canada's fastest growing startups over the last 15 years. At Futurpreneur, he helps young entrepreneurs gain access to financing and mentorships to start, launch and grow their businesses.
