Chris Conner has spent the last twenty years working in the franchise development field working primarily with startup and emerging franchise systems. Mr. Conner's work covers a variety of franchise categories including strategic planning, franchise operations, franchise training system development, franchise marketing and franchise sales. In 2009, Mr. Conner founded Franchise Marketing Systems based out of Atlanta, Georgia which today has grown to a team of 34 team members located in markets across the United States and Canada. Franchise Marketing Systems has developed over 700 franchise brands and supported clients in selling over 8,000 franchise units in North and South America, Asia, the Middle East, Canada and Southeast Asia. Franchise Marketing Systems has worked with a variety of well known brands and significant franchise systems including Baxter Healthcare, Anytime Fitness, Costco, Ford Motor Company, Delta Airlines, UPS Stores, European Wax Center, Junk King and others.

Mr. Conner’s vision was to develop a model that allowed for efficient, effective and performance based franchise development work to be completed for new and emerging franchisors. The combination of providing consulting and franchise development support along with the franchise sales and marketing model for new brands created more opportunities to more brands to scale and grow through franchising. Chris Conner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Miami of Ohio and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. He is married to an amazing wife, Dr. Alaina Conner and has two great kids, Ashton and Jameson.

Dave Woggon has been in the franchise industry since 1986 in both funding and franchise exploration roles. As the VP of Development for Tenet Financial Group, he oversees the consulting team and identifies strategic growth opportunities for the company.

Tim Michaels is the founder of Kickstart My Franchise, a game-changing franchise brokerage firm that offers 100% free franchise selection services and saves its clients up to $10,000. He previously was a multi-unit owner of a national painting franchise and has used his experiences to help hundreds of investors identify great franchise opportunities over the past 13 years.

Tim has an MBA from the University of Michigan and brings a wealth of strategic expertise to the franchise industry. He served as Head of Strategy and M&A for a private equity-backed career services company, was Global Director of Strategy for a Fortune 500 company and was a Case Team Leader for a top-tier strategy consulting firm.

When not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Having visited 48 states (sorry North Dakota and Alaska!), he's passionate about experiencing new places and promoting work-life balance for himself and his clients.

Pamela is the founder and CEO of the BizSold (Business Exchange). As an entrepreneur, Pamela has helped 1000s of companies grow. An Alumni of Western University, Pamela started the company with the vision to help business owners and entrepreneurs. With over 26+ years of experience in the business and franchise industry, Pamela can be considered one of the few entrepreneurs who have seen all types of marketing such as print, event, web, and mobile.

Kelly Gray is the Vice President and Co-owner of Hot Head Burritos, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain with 80+ locations across eight states and system-wide sales exceeding $59 million. Based in Kettering, OH, the brand continues to grow under Kelly’s leadership. With nearly 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate consultant, Kelly provides invaluable expertise to franchisees in site selection, leasing, development, and capital investments.

In 2015, Kelly co-founded Rapid Fired Pizza, scaling the brand to 35 locations within just six years before selling it to an investment firm in 2021.

Kelly is recognized as one of the Top Ten Business Women of 2025 by the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), and currently serves as President of the Gem City Chapter in Dayton, OH. She is also a former Series 7 licensed Financial Securities Representative. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Capital University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Since 2005, Dan has helped aspiring entrepreneurs in Tennessee explore business ownership opportunities. A franchise owner with FranNet, Dan offers a no-cost consulting service matching individual goals, skills and financial qualifications with carefully screened franchise opportunities.

In addition to franchising, Dan's background includes working with two Fortune 500 companies, the family-owned promotional products firm, and career coaching. He taught Franchise Management as part of the School of Entrepreneurship at Belmont University and currently serves as the Franchise Subject Matter Expert and mentor for SCORE Nashville.
