Lauren maintains a general practice with a focus on corporate and commercial law, business acquisitions and sales, wills and estate planning, and contract law.

Lauren received her Juris Doctor with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017 where she was awarded the Law Society of Saskatchewan Bronze Medal for finishing third overall in her graduating class. Following graduation, she completed her articles with the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan in Regina.

Lauren is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission and sits on the Board of Directors for the Concentus Citizenship Education Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mandate is to advance education focused on responsible citizenship in an intentional manner.

Brandon Fuchs has been in the construction industry for more than two decades. He started in custom floor coatings and garage organization systems operating as Superior Garage. He sold that successful business and started up North Canadian Construction Group Ltd to focus on well designed and amazingly executed builds & renovations.

He’s both methodical and charismatic while he excels at splitting through the b.s. to influence our industry and others.

This next chapter involves taking his experience and supporting franchise owners. The NCC Group Ltd brand will spread across Canada!

Graeme Green is responsible for supporting RBC’s franchise business for Western Canada from Sudbury, ON to Vancouver Island and the North. He gets to work with such iconic brands like McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, A&W, Wendy’s and Popeye’s to name a few. Graeme has been with RBC for 24 and has spent most of career supporting RBC’s franchise clients from start up to exiting the franchise system. Graeme is active in his community by supporting Canadian Blood Services on a national level along with being part of a National Steering Committee for an RBC Employee Resource Group dedicated to supporting Caregivers.

Brendan’s primary area of practice is Corporate/Commercial Law including the following:

He also practices in the areas of Real Estate (Commercial and Residential) and Wills and Estates.

Brendan attended the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2005.

During and subsequent to law school, Brendan served as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Naval Reserve at HMCS Unicorn in Saskatoon. Brendan was also formerly a part time Legal Officer with the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) of the Canadian Armed Forces. Brendan joined Scharfstein LLP as an associate in 2007 and became a partner in 2013.

In 2017, after completing her Juris Doctor, Bonnie joined Scharfstein LLP as an articling student and was hired as an associate in 2018. Since joining Scharfstein LLP, Bonnie has been involved in all practice areas and has appeared successfully in Saskatchewan Provincial Court, Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.

Bonnie is currently focusing her practice in corporate/commercial law and works extensively with individuals and businesses to:

1. Set up legal entities for their business, including corporations, partnerships or limited partnerships.

2. Purchase a business.

3. Reorganize their business.

4. Develop contracts and agreements to protect their business and improve efficiency.

5. Assist with financing transactions.

6. Draft shareholder agreements.

In addition to her corporate/commercial practice, Bonnie also works extensively with clients in both residential and commercial real estate, including land development projects and easements.
