A results–driven Manager with 28 years of experience in management, sales, customer service & operations, in the banking sector spanning over 04 Continents. Having proudly beginning my career as a teller in Karachi Pakistan, I have held progressively senior roles during my career.
Passionate about youth, the entrepreneurial spirit, diversity & inclusion, and the arts, I am very active in the community and a strong supporter of employee volunteerism. I am the immediate Past Chair of Assiniboia Chamber of Commerce and I have been a proud volunteer of Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House along with a few local charities.
I holds an MBA from Westcoast University, Karachi and am passionate to assist people and support their businesses.

Chris Skelton has been assisting clients with franchise growth, sales, and operations for the past couple of decades. With a wealth of experience in assisting investors and franchisors, Chris has come to quickly identify what business opportunity aligns best with the right candidate.

Melissa is a partner in the firm’s business group and head of the firm’s franchise practice group.  Melissa practices primarily in the areas of business, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, business combinations, owner-operated enterprises, commercial leasing and commercial financing with a specialization in franchise law, ancillary regulatory matters and a focus on carrying on or operating a business in Manitoba.
