As the founding partner of the Firm, Rod completed a Bachelor of Economics and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to being called to the Bar in Ontario 2003, he worked for several years in the financial services industry and completed his Canadian Securities Course.

Rod's passion has always been on entrepreneurship and in 2006, he set up his own law practice. From humble beginnings and with a dedicated vision on how 21st Century technology was going to rapidly alter the practice of law, Rod has focused on building a law Firm dedicated to providing legal services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals. The Firm utilizes state of the art technology to ensure that clients have access to legal services whenever a legal matter arises. Rod's practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions involving the buying and selling of businesses, setting up new Corporations and commercial litigation matters but also includes entertainment law, real estate transactions, estate matters and family law.
