For more than 25 years Randy has been sitting at the table with clients in financial services. With a keen interest in behavioral finance, his passion lies in using a solid process to draw out what is important to people and help them manage the thought process around making decisions that will benefit them. He has the privilege to support a multi-disciplinary team of advisors and planners who are leaders in their community who take pride in doing well by doing good for others.

As the founding partner of the Firm, Rod completed a Bachelor of Economics and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Prior to being called to the Bar in Ontario 2003, he worked for several years in the financial services industry and completed his Canadian Securities Course.

Rod's passion has always been on entrepreneurship and in 2006, he set up his own law practice. From humble beginnings and with a dedicated vision on how 21st Century technology was going to rapidly alter the practice of law, Rod has focused on building a law Firm dedicated to providing legal services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals. The Firm utilizes state of the art technology to ensure that clients have access to legal services whenever a legal matter arises. Rod's practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions involving the buying and selling of businesses, setting up new Corporations and commercial litigation matters but also includes entertainment law, real estate transactions, estate matters and family law.

Ahsan has been in his current role with as Regional Manager, Franchise Banking for 2 years at TD Bank, and with franchise industry for over 8 years.  As Regional Manager, Ahsan is one of TD's franchise industry experts and is responsible for growing TD's franchise banking portfolio while ensuring that franchisee customers are provided with legendary customer service.  Ahsan also brings to the table over 15 years of lending experience from Commercial and Small Business at TD. He enjoys collaborating with both franchisors and franchisees to assist them with all of their credit and Banking needs.

Jason Hunt is the Co-founder of Merged Media, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses scale through innovative marketing strategies. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Jason is an expert in leveraging AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies to drive growth for franchisees. Laurice is a Relationship Manager with TD Insurance, supporting the Business Insurance Product Offering. Laurice has over 7 years of exeperience in the Insurance industry, supporting Canadians with their personal and commercial insurance products. She takes pride in her ability to foster connections, and educate entrepreneurs in her community to better understand their insurance coverage and look for ways to protect their business from risk.

Sandro Giannini has 30 years of banking experience helping clients meet their financial needs. He also has extensive experience working with franchisors and franchisees and has partnered with numerous business owners and entrepreneurs enabling them to start, grow or transition their business. In addition, Sandro is very active in his local community and supports numerous charities.

Paul daSilva is the Director for National Franchise Markets at RBC Royal Bank.  In this role, he is responsible for the Bank’s portfolio of all banner systems both franchise and non-franchise chains for the Canadian marketplace.

Paul is a career banker with nearly 30 years in Banking, 15 of those lending to the Franchises.

Paul has a long history of service to his local community and charitable organizations including many Franchise Community sponsored charities.  Recent activities include minor hockey and charity events for various franchise charities, Prostate Cancer and Canadian Veterans support charities.

With 20 years of banking experience, Terry has extensive experience in Personal, Small Business, and Commercial Banking.

As National Manager, TD Franchise Banking,  Terry acts as the franchise industry expert and is responsible for growing the Bank’s franchise banking portfolio in Canada while ensuring that franchise customers are provided with legendary customer service.

Terry manages high profile franchisor relationships and provides ongoing support to ensure that franchisees are provided with the credit and cash management products that best meet their needs.

Dave has been immersed in the digital marketing world since 2016, helping hundreds of businesses amplify their online presence and expand their local reach. He’s worked with notable brands like Smitty's Furniture, The Works, Mucho Burrito, and Firehouse Subs, driving greater visibility and engagement at the community level.
